Attorney Tim Burch grew up near Seattle, Washington, and has been a litigator for most of his career. He is licensed to practice law in both North Carolina and Texas.

Before entering private practice, Tim worked for the United States Senate in Washington, D.C., where he assisted his Arizona Senator, The Honorable Dennis DeConcini, with his role on the United States Senate Judiciary Committee.

Graduation from Honors College

Tim attended the Honors College at Washington State University in Pullman, Washington, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Finance and an additional bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He attended Arizona State University at its main campus in Tempe, Arizona, where he received his law degree.

Tim began his career in private practice by relocating to Charlotte, North Carolina, where he immediately began to litigate personal injury cases on behalf of families across North Carolina. Tim eventually settled in the eastern part of the state in Greenville, North Carolina, where he continues to fight on behalf of individuals and families against the interests of insurance companies.

Over the years, Tim has successfully negotiated settlements in hundreds if not thousands of cases. Sometimes, however, trials are necessary to make the insurance companies pay fair compensation. At ease in front of a jury, Tim has resolved well over a hundred cases to verdict. From this trial work, Tim gained invaluable insight into what it takes to be a trial lawyer and advocate for our clients.

We have offices strategically located throughout the Carolinas, allowing our clients to conveniently access our offices, attorneys, and staff whenever needed. Tim is proud to head up the firm’s efforts in the eastern part of North Carolina through the Greenville, North Carolina office location. Our attorneys and staff are always available to assist any of our clients, no matter where they may reside.

Greenville, North Carolina, is centrally located to at least 29 of the 100 counties in North Carolina. From just this one location, we can meet you anywhere in about an hour. Our other office locations reach the different parts of the Carolinas, but we love that Greenville is so close to the people who need us in the eastern part of the state.
