In Denver, Larry transitioned into the trucking industry, serving as a broker, and later pursued graduate studies at the prestigious University of Denver. There, he achieved a Master’s degree in Management from the esteemed Daniels School of Business.
Subsequently, Larry’s career path led him to Northern California, where he continued his involvement in the trucking industry. However, during this time, Larry experienced a profound calling to the legal profession.
Determined to follow his passion for the law, Larry returned to his roots in Ohio and enrolled at Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. During his tenure at law school, Larry’s legal acumen shone brightly as he clinched victory in the first-year Moot Court Competition. Additionally, he actively contributed as a member of the Capital Law Review and Moot Court Board.
In the later stages of his legal education, Larry gained practical experience at a Columbus law firm specializing in workers’ compensation, personal injury, and social security disability cases. Although presented with a tempting job offer, Larry decided to relocate once more, this time to North Carolina, where his family had established their roots since 1995.
With a successful passage of the North Carolina Bar Exam, Larry initially worked as a document review attorney while concurrently co-founding a firm specializing in Social Security disability cases. The year 2009 marked the inception of Bridgman & Serbin, which swiftly earned a reputation for representing disability claimants across the Carolinas.
In 2014, leveraging his extensive experience in representing disability clients, Larry made the strategic decision to join the esteemed Law Offices of Jason E. Taylor, focusing primarily on civil litigation.
By 2015, Larry had assumed the mantle of managing partner at the Law Offices of Jason E. Taylor, where his responsibilities extended beyond legal practice to encompass the realm of business and management. In 2019, Larry made the conscious choice to shift his focus exclusively back to the practice of law, relinquishing his role as Managing Partner. As a Partner with the Law Offices of Jason E. Taylor, Larry now dedicates his full attention to his caseload.
