Born and raised in Charlotte, Robert headed a bit further south for his education, graduating from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor’s degree in History in 2011. He continued further south to the historic city of Charleston where he attended the Charleston School of Law. While taking in the culture and history of King Street, he showed an aptitude for trial advocacy and was a member of the Trial Advocacy Board and competed in several competitions with success. Robert earned his Juris Doctor in 2015 and returned to Charlotte to begin his career.

Robert joined the team at the Law Offices of Jason E. Taylor in 2016 after a year of working in finance and his passion for representing injured people bloomed. Representing individuals all over the State of North Carolina and South Carolina from smaller cases to catastrophic injury cases and wrongful deaths. In 2019, Robert began working for Ted A. Greve & Associates where his zealous fight for injured people continued. While with this firm, he took many cases to trial with successful verdicts for his clients, including a $5 million verdict in Iredell County for a wrongful death case.

Robert returned to the Law Offices of Jason E. Taylor in 2024 and returns with great experience in all areas of personal injury cases. As an active member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, he has presented at multiple Continuing Legal Education courses in a variety of topics of trial strategy ranging from case valuation, lien practice, and jury selection.

Committed to being able to help as many victims as possible, Robert has obtained licenses to practice law in all state courts of North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia in addition to Federal Courts including the Western District of North Carolina. Robert has also appeared on matters in the North Carolina Court of Appeals.

When he is not fighting for his clients, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife Macaira and two young daughters. Although his two girls do keep him very busy, he can also be found hunting, shooting, offshore fishing, or on the golf course. Football season is very busy where he supports his local Carolina Panthers and he is a fervent South Carolina Gamecock fan.
