From the very beginning of my career, I knew I wanted to make a difference in people’s lives. That’s what led me to personal injury law—and to The Law Offices of Jason E. Taylor, where I’m proud to serve clients with compassion, strength, and determination.
I’ve been practicing law since 2007, after earning my undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee and my J.D. from the Nashville School of Law. I’m licensed to practice in both Tennessee and North Carolina, and admitted to practice in state and federal courts in both states.
My work focuses on complex and sensitive cases involving:
- Catastrophic personal injuries
- Sexual assault, abuse, and battery
- Human trafficking
- Police chase incidents
- Governmental tort liability
- Negligent security claims
As a trial attorney, I believe in thorough preparation, honest communication, and fierce advocacy. I understand the emotional toll these cases can take, and I’m here to guide my clients every step of the way—through litigation and toward healing.
I’m an active member of the Tennessee Bar Association (TBA), North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA), North Carolina Justice Association (NCJA), and the National Trial Lawyers Association (NTLA). I was honored to be named to the “40 Under 40” list and enjoy teaching continuing legal education (CLE) courses on cross-examination techniques and deposing defense experts.
When I’m not working, I love cheering on SEC football, traveling to new places, reading a good book, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
