What Our Clients Have to Say About Us

Nathan L.

100% satisfied with this law firm. Even though my injuries were very minor, my attorney Lawrence Serbin handled it and treated it with the utmost dedication. Although I live over 2 hours away from any of the firms locations, the county where my injuries occurred is a couple hours away from either firm, there was never a lack of communication. All of my questions and concerns were answered patiently, promptly and honestly. From the time I first spoke with my attorney and to this day I felt safe and that I made the right decision by having this firm and this particular attorney handle my case. 100% satisfied and absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Thanks for your help.

S.J.

"I cannot thank you enough. YOU ROCK!!!!!"

Deborah

"I highly recommend attorney Brian Gambrell and the Jason E Taylor law firm. Mr. Gambrell and the firm’s staff are knowledgeable and professional while being very caring and strong advocates on behalf of their clients. I felt my interests and needs were their highest concern to the very end. Mr. Gambrell, with the support of the firm, obtained the best outcome for me in a difficult case. The settlement he achieved for me has made it possible to obtain necessary medical care and begin a new life. I am extremely grateful for such expertise and compassion."

Steve

"I worked with Larry Serbin and it was an excellent experience. He helped us right the wrong that was done to us and because of his help we were able to move on with our lives. Larry was always kind, upfront, professional, and unrelenting when it came to the case. He is a smart, thoughtful lawyer and I am so glad I had someone on my side looking out for my best interests. My family is eternally grateful for Larry’s help and would recommend his services to anyone."

Josh J.

"We had an unfortunate incident where our 8 year old daughter was injured at camp. We didn’t want anymore than we deserved, but just wanted the camp to help pay for her medical bills which were a result of their negligence. As soon as we mentioned this, they passed us off to their insurance company. We tried working with the insurance for months but never got anywhere with them. Finally, we had enough of the insurance company not responding to us and contacted Larry Serbin and his team at Jason E. Taylor Law offices. From that point on, we didn’t have to worry about anything. Larry and his team took over and were able to get us a fair settlement in a short time. I would highly recommend Larry and his team to anyone that finds themselves in an unfortunate situation where they’re trying to get an insurance company to treat them fairly. Larry and his team get 5 stars from us!"

"Dear Jason: I am letting you know this because if it were not for you I don’t know where my family would be right now. I feel sure that I would continue to have severe emotional problems due to the heat I am convinced Work Comp. would have kept on me and my family. During this four year ordeal you returned every call I made to you, you dealt with me personally instead of turning me over to your paralegals, kept me out of jail when I lost control with Dr. S, went to court with me over a matter that you were not being paid for, (you will never know how much that meant to me and I can’t find the words to explain it.) you visited me in the hospital on several occasions, kept in touch with my family and reassured them that everything would be alright, (that meant so much to Hannah) you kept us informed at every bend and turn in the road, and you put up with a lot of grief from my mother and aunt without holding their attitudes against me. You were also completely prepared to take this case to court which I think the defense attorney knew and because of that they felt a settlement was in their best interest…"

BG and family

"Mr. Taylor: You will never know how much my family appreciates what you & your staff have done in helping my father with the wrongful death case for my mother. Everyone at your office has been so nice, helpful & respectful to my brother, myself, but more importantly to my father. We will always miss my mother and no amount of money can replace her presence with us, but it means so much to know that someone cares and is willing to help out and go the extra mile to help in a time of loss and need. May god bless you and your staff for all the work and effort that was extended on our behalf. Once again, words cannot express my thankfulness toward you Mr. Taylor. Thank you!"

R.W./AKA The Fedex Guy

"Jason, I appreciate all you did to represent me in my case against wake forest, I have gradually had a ceasing in the numbness of my hand, but I feel I will eventually heal. Thanks for your newsletter. I will use your firm in the future for any representation I could need. God Bless ya’ll and have a great new year."

M.S. & Family

"We thank you & your staff for the wonderful job you all have done for our Auto case. We are so blessed to have found you. A BIG thank you for all your hard work and commitment for our case and family. The settlement that we got back was such a big blessing. Keep up the good work and God Bless you and your family. Again, a huge thank you. Take care and it was so nice to meet you and also have you handle our (me & my son) cases. Thanks a million."

C.S.

"Dear Mr. Taylor: I would like to thank you for the excellent representation that you provided to M. on his case against USAA. You were professional, compassionate, and never made M. feel that his case was too small or unimportant. You always took his feelings into consideration each step of the legal process. I always felt it was an injustice that the blame for M.’s injuries was placed on him. The driver and insurance company never accepted any responsibility. You were able to accomplish something that no one else felt was possible. I will always be indebted to G. for the recommendation to you. He certainly was aware of your capabilities. I don’t know if you have ever watched the show Boston Legal but there is a character played by James Spader who is an attorney. I have always told my husband if I ever needed an attorney I want him to find someone just like this character. He fights for his clients and shows compassion throughout the entire process. In you, I have found the closest person to this fictional character. Thank you again for all of your hard work on this case. I wish you the very best in your practice."

"Eileen and Jason, There are no words to express the gratitude I feel for entrusting your law office with my MVA. I commend and admire your expertise wholeheartedly and with utmost respect. You and Jason have helped me so much so I can better focus on caring for my 3 year old daughter and one year old son. Please let me know if there is anything I can do for either of you now or in the future."

A. and B. D.

"Every single person that my family and I came into contact with was so nice, helpful, and thoughtful. I cannot say enough to sing the praises of Jason Taylor and his staff. You helped us navigate through a difficult time in our lives with such compassion and we are eternally grateful for everything."

M. Kelly | Lenoir, NC

"I want to thank you so much for being there with me through the whole process. This was the first time I had been involved in a motor vehicle accident. I was injured, had to miss work and receive therapy. You guided me through everything I needed to know and urged me to ask questions. At times, I felt like I was bothering you but you assured me that it was fine. Our bi-weekly phone conversations kept me at ease (Eileen). You were always calm which kept me that way. You did a great job with working with the adjusters and getting me what I deserved. Thank you."

Ron B. | Sanford, NC

"Jason Taylor and his team definitely know their business. After my bike accident they went to work, and knew what to do, and when. The staff was always courteous, helpful, and easy to get in contact with. They steered me thru the difficult and confusing times. Eileen was fantastic. She kept on top of it all and definitely made my life (and recovery) go so much smoother. Thank you so much Eileen, you too Stacey. Jason surely knows all the ins and outs, and extremely familiar with insurance companies. I certainly appreciated time spent with Jason discussing the final settlement, as he clearly informed me of everything I needed to know, and eased my mind. I know I received the best settlement possible. Yes, I am a real person who suffered from a bike accident. No, I was not paid to write this, but did so on my own accord, thru my own personal experience. I am completely satisfied, with no regrets of using this law firm, and folks, I believe you too will have no regrets. Thanks again team, you all rock."

Leah Oliver | Charlotte, NC

"Without a doubt the most efficient caring attorney I have ever met. My case was settled quickly."

Jon Gwiazda

"Jason Taylor and his staff went above and beyond to make sure I received the medical attention that I deserved. Martina is awesome!"

Dave Ellinger | Harrisburg, NC

"I can’t say enough about the wonderful and positive experience that I received from Jason Taylor and his staff. I was recently involved in a car accident and wasn’t sure what to do. Jason and his staff took over my situation and handled everything so that I could continue to take care of other priorities. Because of their commitment and passion for results they not only took off the stress of the accident but also WON my case. Jason and his staff WON my case and also WON cases of friends of mine that have used his services. I highly recommend the Law Office of Jason E. Taylor."

Andrew Coulbourn

"It has been an absolute pleasure to have your team working with me. From day one it was obvious that I had made the right decision. Christine and the team of attorneys have taken what was probably the scariest moment of my life, and helped me all the way through the process of being released from the hospital, to dealing with the insurance companies and medical providers. I have already and will continue to spread the word about this amazing group of people and the work that they do. Thanks to all of you for the hard work that y’all have done."

Kevin C.

"These guys went above and beyond for me. They resolved what seemed to be the impossible. They not only took my claim with confidence after two years but they wasted no time in getting it resolved. By far the best experience I’ve ever had with a law office. I’ll recommend for years to come."

Jewel S.

"Jason E. Taylor and his legal team & staff, has been exceptional handling my injury claim. I traveled 15 miles away from home to hire the best attorney at law. I also want to give a special thanks to his legal assistant Martina Gutierrez for her professionalism and great efforts to make this claim run smoothly even when my nerves were all over the place for the last year. Her reassurance reminded me I was in good hands with a firm that put their clients first. I highly recommend this law firm to anyone that’s in need of a expert attorney & legal team. Thanks again Jason E.Taylor u guys are truly the best!!"

"My case took longer than anyone had anticipated due to the Covid Outbreak. Rachel N. worked with me through the whole process while keeping me informed each step of the way. I’ve never had to hire an attorney and all of this was new. I would highly suggest those needing legal services to give Rachel @ “The Law Offices of Jason E. Taylor” a call. I’m grateful for her assistance. Thank you."

STEPS INDIVIDUALS CAN TAKE TO HELP PROTECT PERSONAL INFORMATION

Monitor Your Accounts

Under U.S. law, a consumer is entitled to one free credit report annually from each of the three major credit reporting bureaus, Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. To order a free credit report, visit www.annualcreditreport.com or call, toll-free, 1-877-322-8228. Consumers may also directly contact the three major credit reporting bureaus listed below to request a free copy of their credit report.

Consumers have the right to place an initial or extended “fraud alert” on a credit file at no cost. An initial fraud alert is a 1-year alert that is placed on a consumer’s credit file. Upon seeing a fraud alert display on a consumer’s credit file, a business is required to take steps to verify the consumer’s identity before extending new credit. If consumers are the victim of identity theft, they are entitled to an extended fraud alert, which is a fraud alert lasting seven years. Should consumers wish to place a fraud alert, please contact any of the three major credit reporting bureaus listed below.

As an alternative to a fraud alert, consumers have the right to place a “credit freeze” on a credit report, which will prohibit a credit bureau from releasing information in the credit report without the consumer’s express authorization. The credit freeze is designed to prevent credit, loans, and services from being approved in a consumer’s name without consent. However, consumers should be aware that using a credit freeze to take control over who gets access to the personal and financial information in their credit report may delay, interfere with, or prohibit the timely approval of any subsequent request or application they make regarding a new loan, credit, mortgage, or any other account involving the extension of credit. Pursuant to federal law, consumers cannot be charged to place or lift a credit freeze on their credit report. To request a credit freeze, individuals may need to provide some or all of the following information:

1. Full name (including middle initial as well as Jr., Sr., II, III, etc.);
2. Social Security number;
3. Date of birth;
4. Addresses for the prior two to five years;
5. Proof of current address, such as a current utility bill or telephone bill;
6. A legible photocopy of a government-issued identification card (state driver’s license or ID card, etc.); and
7. A copy of either the police report, investigative report, or complaint to a law enforcement agency concerning identity theft if they are a victim of identity theft.

Should consumers wish to place a credit freeze or fraud alert, please contact the three major credit reporting bureaus listed below:

STEPS INDIVIDUALS CAN TAKE TO HELP PROTECT A MINOR DEPENDENT’S PERSONAL INFORMATION

Typically, credit reporting agencies do not have a credit report in a minor’s name. To find out if a minor has a credit report or to request a manual search for a minor’s Social Security number each credit bureau has its own process. To learn more about these processes or request these services, consumers may contact the credit bureaus by phone, writing, or online:
