#6 BBQ Competition
Hog Happenin’ is scheduled from June 7th to June 10th at the Hickory American Legion Fairgrounds in Newton, which is no stranger to awesome BBQ competitions. We are going to bring in local BBQ judges to sample the food of the competing teams. It is going to be a food lover’s dream to see who comes out on top as the best BBQ pitmaster in the Carolinas!
If you are not going to enter into the BBQ competition yourself, then you will still be able to partake in the incredible BBQ offerings. There will be BBQ vendors selling food, sauces, accessories, etc. Best of all, some of the BBQ competition teams are going to sell the same BBQ the judges will be sampling. Our mouths are already watering!

Hog Happenin’ Foundation Helps the Greater Good
The Law Offices of Jason E. Taylor is proud to sponsor Hog Happenin’ 2018, which is in Hickory for the first time ever. The charitable foundation helps spread awareness of domestic violence and child abuse, as well as veterans in need of service and aid. All profits earned from Hog Happenin’ 2018 will go right to local North Carolina charities that forward this goal and help these people in need.
