Just on the horizon, there are two more charity events we are participating in, and we think you might want to know about them, too.
Conover School Toy Run
The first event is The Conover School Toy Run and will be Saturday, December 2nd, 2017. Our law firm is thrilled to be able to join Mike Dyson and his mission to raise money for Conover School, which he has been carrying out for the last 27 years! You might already know Dyson as a local biker who owns and operates two biker bars in the area: S.O.S. (Son’s of the South) and The Wizard Saloon.

- Registration: 10:00 AM at The Wizard Saloon
- Parade: Leaves at 12:15 PM
- Cost: $20 per person

We know that many people want to help but simply do not have the time to come out to the community event on Saturday. For this reason, our law office in Hickory – 120 3rd Street NE, Hickory, NC 28601 – is going to act as a drop-off spot for new, unwrapped toys and monetary donations for this wonderful cause. Feel free to swing by any time this week to leave donations and we will happily transport them on Saturday to the event.
Charlotte CBA Toys 4 Tots Run
The second event will be Sunday, December 3rd, 2017 in Charlotte. The Law Offices of Jason E. Taylor, P.C. will be joining the Concerned Bikers Association (CBA) and the United States Marine Corps (USMC) at the Bojangles’ Coliseum for a fun community toy drive. The event will include a 45-minute escorted ride from the stadium to Harley-Davidson of Charlotte down the 74 Freeway, where the event continues with live music, food, and more fun. Harley-Davidson of Charlotte deserves some serious gratitude for volunteering their space for such an incredible event and cause.
Important information about the Charlotte CBA Toys 4 Tots Run:
- Begins: Meet at 11:00 AM at Bojangles’ Coliseum
- Ride: Starts at 1:00 PM
- Cost: Riders are encouraged to bring at least one (1) new, unwrapped toy for donation

We will be collecting donations from people who cannot make it to the event at all three of our office locations for the Charlotte event*. (Scroll down to the bottom of our website to view all three office addresses in Hickory, Columbia, and Charlotte.) Once again, we would be more than pleased to transport the donations on your behalf.
* Please note that we are not an official drop-off location for Toys for Tots. We are simply collecting for these two events that we are participating in.
