Attorney Jason Taylor to Cohost Focus Groups About Normative Beliefs in Legal Cases

Normative beliefs are an individual’s beliefs that they hold closely to their core principles, and therefore believe to be the norm. Everyone projects their normative beliefs onto those around them, such as setting expectations for family and friends based on their own ideas. In a legal setting, normative beliefs can be a major influence on the outcome of a case.

To help legal professionals understand normative beliefs and how they can be tested and used in a legal case, Attorney Jason Taylor of The Law Offices of Jason E. Taylor will soon cohost two focus groups. He will be joined by his good friend and colleague, Attorney William Goldfarb from Monroe, North Carolina. By the end of the focus groups, attendees should have a clearer idea of normative believes, how they can influence the interpretation of evidence, and so forth. The purpose of the exercise is to learn how to frame a case in a way that gives you and your client the best chance for success.
